TOS/Terms of Service
Please read my TOS carefully. By commissioning me, you will be automatically assumed to have read and agreed with my TOS.✿I reserve the right to reject any commission I feel is hard to complete.✿ All commissions are meant for Non-Commercial usage unless otherwise requested. You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own. Credit to be due.✿ Please provide Clear images and instructions(If any) for reference.✿Please make sure any non-original characters are allowed to be drawn before commissioning me.✿Any requests to create any extra non-existing asset may be charged extra(e.g different clothing, pet design, etc)✿Payment to be made upfront by Paypal invoice or a Local bank transfer(following google rates) for SG residents.✿Two revision opportunities will be given during the sketch phase, additional revisions after that would cost extra, so please make sure to check properly.✿ Commissions will be done within 1 month after the payment is received, but may be extended if there happen to be any unexpected circumstances. In that case, we can discuss whether an extension can be made, or a partial refund according to the completion rate would be preferred.✿ Due to me schooling right now, I won't be able to reply to dms often. So please give me some time to get back to you if you've messaged me about something.✿Everyone's completion date would be different base on who pays and confirms their sketch first. You can check out my Trello for the list.✿People on waitlists will have to pay in advance to secure a slot. I will dm people on my waitlist the moment I am proceeding on to my next batch.✿No refund would be given for any sudden back-outs.✿ If there are any more questions, feel free to message me privately.
